Wipro promises across-the-board salary hikes

Wipro plans to give across-the-board salary hikes to its employees and has also completed planned changes in the organization structure.

By the first week of April, employees of the IT business would be told about the timeline for the salary increase, CEO TK Kurien said in a report published in The Economic Times.
The new plan for businesses will be shared with senior people in the organization by next week, he said.
Kurien said all the company data would be aligned to the new organization structure by the middle of April and a cross-functional team is working towards this end.
Wipro had said that it would move towards becoming a "bolder, simpler and leaner" organization. The strategy was in line with its effort to improve its topline growth and catch up with others in the sector.
