New Delhi: A man has been arrested for sending porn clipping
to Delhi Police’s anti-corruption helpline through WhatsApp, say
reports. He has been arrested after he reportedly sent the sexually
explicit video in a drunken state, to be “investigated”.
According to protocol, a dedicated officer has to go through all
video or audio clippings that are received on the helpline number. He is
part of a team that comprises others who prepare report and send it to
the forensic team for authentication.
The sleuths found that this clipping was taken from a portion of a porn film.
The cops lodged an FIR under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Barakhamba Road Police Station.
The number was traced and the man who had sent the clip was arrested on Wednesday.
He has been identified as Mahender – who works in a shopping mall in Delhi.
